Silla juhli 2-vuotissynttäreitään eilen, muutaman päivän etuajassa varsinaisesta h-hetkestä. Tässä kuvassa Silla ottaa ennakkoa ja puhaltaa kynttilät ennen kuin laulu on laulettu. Hyvin onnistui puhkuminen. Ja laulun jälkeen sai puhaltaa kynttilät vielä uudestaan. Synttärisankari oli juhlien alussa hieman hämillään huomiosta, mutta kiihdytti vauhdin varsin pian normaaliksi. Kavereita oli, ja serkkuja, ja herkkuja. Juhlat olivat oikein onnistuneet. Kiitos kaikille osallistujille ja etäältä muistajille!
Silla celebrated her second birthday yesterday, a couple of days prior to her actual birthdate. In the picture, Silla executes a preemptive strike at the candles and blows them before the song (an act that made her very happy!). Birthday hero was a bit perplexed by the attention in the beginning of the party but soon got back to her own self. There were friends and cousins present, the table was laid out with couple of cakes and muffins + all sorts of nibblies. The party was a success and we are seriously considering having a similar celebration about the same time next year.
WOW. I cannot believe that she is already 2. We are getting old fast, aren’t we? She looks like she (and her big brother) is doing wonderfully though.
